Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. Duke Cannon products are tested by soldiers, not animals. We are 100% cruelty-free.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We stand by our goods. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses to support our men and women in uniform abroad.
Are your soaps made with natural ingredients?
We use high-quality ingredients including steel-cut grains for exfoliation and natural oils. Our 'Big Ass Bricks of Soap' are designed to last longer and smell better than the average bar.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
